Warehouse Controller The Role We are currently recruiting for a Warehouse Controller to join a busy operation in Bantry, Co. Cork. This is a hands-on role responsible for the day-to-day running of the warehouse, ensuring stock is received, stored and dispatched accurately and efficiently. Key Responsibilities Manage the day-to-day warehouse operation. Receive, check and store incoming stock. Pick and prepare orders for dispatch. Maintain accurate stock levels and inventory records. Carry out regular stock checks and investigate discrepancies. Coordinate goods in and goods out. Operate warehouse equipment safely. Maintain a clean, organised and safe working environment. Complete warehouse paperwork and system updates. Liaise with other departments to ensure the smooth movement of stock. Assist with stocktakes and general warehouse duties. Follow all Health & Safety procedures and company policies. Requirements Previous warehouse, stock control or logistics experience. Strong organisational skills and attention to detail. Good communication skills. Ability to work independently and take responsibility. Basic computer/IT skills. Reliable and hardworking attitude. Forklift licence is an advantage but not essential. Willingness to work as part of a team.
