Requirements
- Experience in payroll delivery or payroll administration, preferably supporting Germany within an EMEAI region
- Knowledge of local German payroll legislation, company policies, and agreed labor conditions
- Ability to ensure accurate and on-time employee payments
- Experience working with internal and external stakeholders
- Strong problem-solving skills to resolve payroll issues
- Commitment to delivering a best-in-class employee experience
- Willingness to work from or commute from Belgium border areas such as Ghent, Zelzate, or Assenede (inferred from location question)
