Start date/duration • as soon as possible • - Job profile: Your responsibilities: • Delivering courses (in German and English) and supervising students • Contributing to organisational and administrative tasks • Research in the field of accounting • Assisting with organisational and administrative tasks as well as evaluation activities Your profile: • A completed doctoral/PhD degree in the social sciences or economics • Relevant research experience in the following areas: financial accounting, sustainability reporting • A number of high-quality publications commensurate with your academic seniority • Additional research experience in the field of national accounting standards would be an advantage • Excellent specialist knowledge in the following areas: financial accounting, sustainability reporting • Methodological expertise in qualitative and/or quantitative methods • Experience of using AI in research • High-quality teaching experience in the fields of financial accounting and sustainability reporting • Ability to teach in German and English • International networks and experience of academic mobility • Experience in securing external funding • A research proposal must be submitted with the application • Ability to work as part of a team • Excellent communication skills • Organisational skills • Openness Application: We are looking forward to receiving your online application.
