About the Team The AMS Work Visa team is dedicated to ensuring compliance with U.S. immigration laws and regulations across the Americas region. We manage vendor relationships, oversee immigration case workflows, and support employees throughout their visa and work authorization processes. Our team collaborates closely with internal stakeholders to maintain accurate documentation and uphold the integrity of all immigration-related activities. What You'll Do: Key Responsibilities: - Act as a resource for the Visa Services team to execute and improve operational processes, ensuring accurate case tracking, data integrity, and adherence to established immigration workflows and compliance requirements - Coordinate with internal stakeholders to ensure employment compliance, avoid risks and support adherence to company policies - Build scalable SOPs for intake, approvals, vendor coordination, and escalations. - Partner with cross-functional teams to gather requirements, document current processes, and implement operational improvements. - Support audits and quality-control reviews to confirm documentation accuracy, workflow adherence, and compliance with internal policies. - Monitor operational performance, summarize key trends and risks, and recommend practical improvements to workflows and service delivery.
