About the Team As a Product Manager for our video moderation system, you will have the unique opportunity to directly engage in the iteration and optimization of a system that processes hundreds of millions of videos daily, setting industry standards. As a Project Intern, you will contribute to impactful short-term projects and gain hands-on experience in a fast-paced, professional environment. Responsibilities - Drive complex projects independently, define the safety product roadmap, set success metrics that inform the success of safety efforts, and partner across the organization to develop action plans. - Focus on building effective and scalable features and auto-moderation strategy to provide users with a safe experience. - Leverage data analysis methodologies, machine learning technologies, or natural language processing tools to effectively analyze and identify potential risky content, such as violence, pornography, and fraud, and produce strategies. - Work closely with issue experts, and policy team, as well as cross-functional partners, to establish a workflow to critically analyze, prioritize, and drive cross-functional efforts to achieve success. - Develop a robust workflow for cross-team collaboration, manage large-scale product improvement projects to improve community safety.
