About Your New Role As a Site Engineer, you’ll play a key role in managing technical operations for a large-scale residential development (valued at €21 million), delivering 80 residential units in Ballina. You will: Set out, level, and survey site works per project specifications. Oversee and supervise construction activities to ensure quality, safety, and compliance. Manage and maintain site documentation and coordinate with project management, subcontractors, and suppliers. Contribute to problem-solving and continuous improvement on site. Promote the integration of sustainability and innovation throughout project delivery. What Skills You Need Previous experience as a Site Engineer, preferably on large-scale residential projects. Relevant engineering degree or equivalent. Strong technical knowledge of setting out, site procedures, and construction management. Excellent communication, organisational, and problem-solving skills. Ability to work collaboratively within a dynamic project team. What’s on Offer Salary of €45,000–€65,000 DOE.
