Electrical Package Manager – Dublin – €75,000(+) +Vehicle About Your New Employer One of Ireland’s leading main contractors, with a strong portfolio of work secured across Dublin for the coming years. This includes several major residential developments, with a number of projects valued at over €100 million due to commence. The company also delivers large-scale commercial, industrial and data centre projects across Ireland and internationally. Due to continued growth, they are expanding their Building Services team and are seeking an Electrical Package Manager for a major residential project in Dublin. Your New Role As Electrical Package Manager, you will manage the delivery of electrical services from pre-construction through to testing, commissioning and handover. Key responsibilities include: Managing the electrical package from planning through to handover Coordinating design information with the design team and subcontractors Monitoring the programme and progress of electrical installations Ensuring works meet project quality and safety requirements Inspecting installations against the approved quality plan Managing testing and commissioning activities Resolving technical and coordination issues What You’ll Need A relevant electrical trade or third-level qualification At least eight years’ industry experience, preferably with a main contractor or M&E contractor Experience delivering large-scale residential, commercial, pharmaceutical or data centre projects Strong electrical services and project coordination experience Excellent communication, organisational and IT skills What’s on Offer Salary of €75,000 Company vehicle Company laptop and phone Pension contribution Life assurance Income protection Continuous Professional Development opportunities Bike-to-work scheme Employee Assistance Programme Sports and Social Club Additional lifestyle and employee benefits What’s Next?
