About Your New Job As Contracts Manager, you will develop and manage project budgets and cost plans. You will lead multiple project teams, ensuring the timely and on-scope delivery of contracts. Collaborate directly with key stakeholders to successfully deliver all aspects of assigned client projects. Manage and assess the quality of subcontractor work while ensuring adherence to Health & Safety legislation. Support the Project Surveyor in managing contract costs, variations, and provide regular cost projections to the Construction Director. Identify and manage project risks, ensuring early intervention with design teams to meet deliverables and deadlines. Build and maintain strong relationships with both internal and external stakeholders. Plan and schedule project activities with high accuracy and develop material procurement schedules aligned with project timelines. What Skills You Need Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical Engineering or Building Services, or Trade Qualification. Over 10 years of experience in construction or a related industry. Track record of managing large-scale commercial, industrial, or residential projects. Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and run large crews of trades staff and operatives.
