Scheduling Coordinator About the Role We are recruiting a Scheduling Coordinator for an established business based in Macroom, Co. Cork. This is a fully office based role involving the coordination of field service engineers, scheduling maintenance and installation works, managing customer queries and supporting project delivery. The successful candidate will play a key role in ensuring daily operations run efficiently, projects stay on schedule and customers receive excellent service. Key Responsibilities Coordinate daily and weekly schedules for field service engineers. Manage emergency call-outs, maintenance visits and installation works. Track project timelines, equipment orders and material deliveries. Liaise with customers, suppliers and engineers to resolve queries and minimise delays. Maintain accurate records using internal systems and databases. Support health and safety compliance and general operational administration. Requirements 2–3 years' experience in scheduling, administration or coordination. Experience in engineering, construction, utilities or technical services is advantageous. Strong organisational, communication and problem-solving skills. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and experience using CRM, ERP or scheduling systems. Ability to manage competing priorities in a fast-paced environment. What's on Offer? Full-time, permanent position. Monday–Friday working hours.
