About Your New Employer Join an established Irish company specialising in electrical installation, servicing and maintenance within the fuel industry. Work on a variety of technical projects across petrol forecourts, fuel installations and oil depots throughout Ireland. Become part of an experienced engineering team offering hands-on technical work, ongoing training and a company vehicle. About Your New Job As a Qualified Electrician with a current Safe Electric QC qualification , you will join a field-based engineering team covering the Munster region, reporting directly to the Head Engineer. Carry out electrical installation, commissioning, servicing, testing and maintenance at customer sites. Diagnose electrical faults, troubleshoot equipment and complete repairs to the required technical and safety standards. Test, inspect and certify electrical works, ensuring compliance with relevant regulations and client specifications. Work on electrical systems and equipment within petrol forecourts, fuel installations and oil depots. Plan and coordinate daily site activities, working independently and alongside other engineers and contractors. Complete service reports, testing documentation, risk assessments and method statements. Provide technical support and guidance to customers and colleagues when required. Participate in an occasional weekend on-call rota, approximately once per month. What Skills You Need Fully qualified Electrician with SOLAS/FÁS certification. Current Safe Electric QC (Qualified Certifier) qualification – essential. Experience in electrical installation, maintenance, testing, certification and fault-finding. Full, clean Irish driving licence. Valid Safe Pass and Manual Handling certification. Willingness to travel to customer sites throughout the designated region and work occasional weekends or outside normal hours. Previous experience with MV/HV contractors, industrial electrical systems or fuel installations would be an advantage. What's on Offer Competitive salary – negotiable depending on experience. Company vehicle and mobile phone provided. Permanent, full-time position with normal working hours of 8:00 am–5:00 pm, Monday to Friday , plus occasional on-call duties. Company-arranged travel and accommodation when required for site work. Training courses and opportunities to develop your technical experience.
