The incumbent is responsible for delivering excellent customer services to club members, ensuring smooth operations, and enhancing overall satisfaction. He/she is also handling check in/out system, club administration, and relationship management. Responsibilities: Monitor the front desk office to ensure efficient and effective operation of our clubhouse; Assist in membership strategy planning and organizing various functions and activities to the club members; and Perform ad hoc tasks and assignments as assigned by supervisors. Requirements: Diploma or above, graduated in Hospitality Management will be an advantage; 1 - 2 years relevant work experience, preferably with club or hospitality experience; Strong leadership and communication skills; Initiative, willing to learn and take up challenges; and Proficiency in both spoken and written English and Chinese.
