Participate in the project tender process, compile quotations, and assist in documentation preparation. Provide backup administrative support for project budget control, cost monitoring, and record-keeping. Assist in handling site documentation, operational logs, and basic drawing reviews. Requirements: Diploma / Higher Diploma in Building Studies, Quantity Surveying, Building Services, or related disciplines Practical knowledge of AutoCAD is essential for reviewing and updating project drawings. Good command of English and Cantonese to liaise with clients, consultants, and site teams.
