Team Introduction: The TikTok Creative Team focuses on building a global ecosystem of creative products. By integrating AI technology innovations with data-driven decision-making, we are dedicated to enhancing the effectiveness of ad creatives. Through core products such as the Creator Marketplace (for influencers) and the Creative Exchange (for agencies), we explore innovative applications of Generative AI (GenAI) in the advertising sector, making creative marketing more efficient and intelligent. Project Intern: As a project intern, you will have the opportunity to engage in impactful short-term projects that provide you with a glimpse of professional real-world experience. You will gain practical skills through on-the-job learning in a fast-paced work environment and develop a deeper understanding of your career interests. Responsibilities: - Strategic Direction: Research the application scenarios and opportunities for various creative types (Agency-produced, Influencer-led, GenAI-generated) within advertising contexts; formulate strategic plans and define "North Star" metrics for our global creative products. - Metric Monitoring: Create and maintain performance dashboards; monitor and analyze key business and product metrics; provide data-driven recommendations to continuously optimize ROI and enhance organizational - Implementation & Execution: Collaborate closely with global business teams to drive the implementation of key initiatives (e.g., sales incentive policies, incremental testing) and to facilitate product and business growth strategies.
