This role sits within the Operations Strategy team, which seeks to drive effectiveness and efficiency of Ops programs and management by standardizing best practice, diagnosing and solving global underperformance and supplementing our strategies with external insight & rigour. As a Project Intern, you will contribute to impactful short-term projects and gain hands-on experience in a fast-paced, professional environment. Responsibilities As a Content Operations intern focusing on Business Operations, you will: - Build and embed the centralized operational infrastructure (workflows, SOPs, reference docs), which should be referenced across teams to improve decision-making quality and speed. - Leverage AI to scale impact and efficiency for critical business workflows. - Review and learn about the operations of the PGC, Ops, and XFN organizations, building critical workflows tied to impact and results. Ideate and develop the future roadmap.
