The Ads interface and Platform team is looking for a new member! You will be responsible for the TikTok advertising product experience, including optimizing the ad creation process, improving ad infrastructure. Through this experience, you will gain firsthand knowledge of the underlying logic and implementation of advertising products, enabling a deep understanding of the advertising business. As a Project Intern, you will contribute to impactful short-term projects and gain hands-on experience in a fast-paced, professional environment. Responsibilities: - Support product strategy and operations initiatives, including market research, competitive analysis and user behavior analysis - Track key product and business metrics; synthesize findings into clear, actionable recommendations - Partner with product managers, operations, data analysts, and regional teams to support project planning, execution, and follow-through - Conduct user research and analyze feedback to surface pain points and identify opportunities for product iteration and growth - Draft and organize strategy documents, operations reports, project retrospectives, and stakeholder presentations - Help streamline internal workflows, data dashboards, and operating mechanisms to improve team efficiency
