As a Software Development Engineer in Quality team, you will build automation frameworks, testing infrastructure, and intelligent quality capabilities that protect the experiences and transactions of millions of users—all while using AI as an integral part of your daily workflow. Responsibilities: - Design and build robust, high-quality test automation frameworks and tools for functional, regression, and performance testing, improving automated defect detection for both existing and new features. - Participate in product requirement and architecture reviews to understand business logic, system architecture, and potential risks, shifting quality activities earlier in the design and development lifecycle. - Use AI-assisted development tools throughout the workflow to accelerate coding, test design, and script maintenance. Review AI-generated code and test cases for correctness before deployment. - Develop AI-powered testing capabilities, including LLM and agent-based test-data generation, intelligent UI exploration, log analysis, defect detection, triage and fixing. - Support AI-powered product features by designing evaluation datasets and acceptance criteria for scenarios such as search, recommendations, and intelligent customer service. Develop evaluation methods for non-deterministic outputs. - Proactively identify quality and stability bottlenecks. Analyze quality metrics, including defect trends, test coverage, and automation stability, and continuously improve engineering processes.
