ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES 基本工作 Carry out maintenance activities to the services and equipment in guest rooms and other areas of the hotel, ensure the highest standards at all times 負責酒店的所有設備的日常維修和保養，以確保酒店正常和安全運行，包括樓宇建築結構、裝修和所有與機械相關的設備 Supervise shift team of multi skilled technicians and outsourced/specialist contractors 監督技術員、外判商及承建商的工作 Prioritize own and shift engineers workloads to meet operational needs 按運營需求順序處理及安排工作 Comply fully with health and safety instructions, policies and procedures and maintain appropriate standards of conduct, wardrobe, and hygiene 按照節能和預防性維護計劃進行日常維修和保養工作 REQUIREMENTS Minimum 5 years’ relevant working experience in a sizeable luxury hotel with at least 2 years in a similar capacity Qualifications in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Building Services Engineering or equivalent Qualification and proven work experience in building maintenance Is a “brand ambassador" at all times and ensures brand integrity and clarity and company’s culture is always maintained.
