Requirements
Currently pursuing a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Human Resources, Business Analytics, Statistics, Computer Science, or a related field.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
Proficiency in data analysis tools such as Excel, SQL, and preferably Python or R.
