Requirements
- 在读学生，专业方向为供应链管理、工业工程、工商管理、数据分析或相关领域
- 对生产计划、供应链管理及半导体制造有基本认知或浓厚兴趣
- 具备数据分析能力，能熟练使用Excel等工具处理数据并制作报告
- 具备良好的跨部门沟通与协作能力
- 注重细节，具备较强的问题识别与跟进能力
- 能适应快节奏工作环境，支持计划的及时执行
- 有使用ERP系统或计划相关软件经验者优先
