Requirements
- 具备早期职业招聘或招聘活动管理相关经验
- 熟悉人才招聘流程及人才管道建设
- 能够与内部HR团队、数据分析团队及外部利益相关方有效协作
- 具备较强的项目管理与组织协调能力
- 优秀的沟通与利益相关方管理能力
- 能够在EMEA区域跨团队、跨文化环境中工作
- 有校园招聘、实习生项目或早期职业项目经验者优先
- 具备数据驱动思维，能利用HR数据优化招聘策略
- 英语流利，具备多语言能力者优先
