Responsibilities Assist the Chief Steward to ensure smooth operation of the department. Supervise cleaning processes, stock control and maintenance of health, safety and hygiene in all F&B areas Take periodic inventory and par stock maintenance for all operating equipment Ensure utility associates are properly trained regarding sanitation, equipment handling and chemical usage. Perform any other duties and special projects as assigned by Department Heads. Requirements Minimum 3 years’ supervisor or above experience in the hotel industry, preferably in 5-star hotel in Hong Kong Knowledge of Basic sanitation controls and purpose and use of cleaning supplies.
