Description
Set technical direction across Coder’s agent harness, integrations, and workflows.
Design and build production systems in Go, with work across React and TypeScript where needed.
Evolve agent execution, tool use, context management, streaming, and related areas to ensure robust, scalable, and efficient agentic systems.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define and implement technical strategies, review code, and mentor engineers to elevate overall engineering quality.
Requirements
Strong proficiency in Go for backend systems development.
Experience with React and TypeScript for frontend or full-stack work.
Proven ability to set technical direction and lead complex engineering initiatives.
