Description
The Construction Intern will work with a project team during the summer to gain hands-on experience in construction project management.
Responsibilities include assisting with pre-construction activities, supporting project planning and scheduling, participating in site visits and inspections, helping with cost estimation and budgeting, coordinating with subcontractors and suppliers, maintaining project documentation, and contributing to progress reports.
Requirements
Currently pursuing a degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or a related field within the built environment.
Strong interest in a career in construction project management.
Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
Ability to work on-site in McLean, Virginia.
