Responsibilities: Lead and execute learning and development initiatives to support associate growth and business success. Develop and deliver impactful training, leadership development, and succession planning programs. Partner with department leaders to identify capability gaps and implement effective learning solutions. Manage onboarding and engagement programs to enhance associate experience and retention. Oversee trainee and internship recruitment, development, and engagement initiatives. Build relationships with universities and hospitality institutions to attract emerging talent. Foster a culture of continuous learning, coaching, and professional development. Measure program effectiveness and continuously improve learning outcomes and business impact.
