Description
As a Guest Services Agent, you will be the first point of contact for guests, ensuring their stay is memorable and friction-free.
Your primary responsibilities include: Greeting all guests in a friendly manner at all times and providing professional check-in and check-out services.
Providing guests with a quality room orientation to ensure they are comfortable and informed about hotel facilities.
Attending to guest complaints, inquiries, and requests promptly and effectively.
Requirements
Degree or Vocational Certificate in Hotel Administration, Hotel Management, or equivalent.
1 year's experience in guest/customer service, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
Pleasant personality, customer-oriented with good communication and interpersonal skills.
