Description
Responsibilities:
Understand business needs and expected outcomes for assigned features, with guidance from your mentor BA and Product Owner.
Gather, analyse, and document business requirements, user stories, and process maps for features on digital platforms such as Emma by AXA and Quest by AXA.
Support digital journey design and refinement, from requirement clarification through to spotting improvement opportunities in user feedback or usage data.
Prepare and execute test cases and support User Acceptance Testing (UAT) ahead of release.
Requirements
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Business, Information Technology, Actuarial Science, Finance, or a related discipline.
0-1 years of relevant experience; fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
