Support the Line Manager in leading a team responsible for managing delinquent accounts within the retail secured loan portfolio (mortgage loans), ensuring day-to-day activities are delivered effectively. Manage the HKMC enquiry promptly and professionally, ensuring it is reviewed, addressed, and actioned appropriately. Initiate legal proceedings against debtors by instructing approved external law firms, and oversee the end-to-end litigation process, including property repossession and the disposal of repossessed assets.
