Description
As the Security Manager, you will play a pivotal role in safeguarding our guests, colleagues, and assets.
You will lead a dedicated security team, develop robust security protocols, and act as a key partner in ensuring the hotel operates safely and efficiently, adhering to the highest standards of IHG and local regulations.
Key Responsibilities: Lead, supervise, and motivate the hotel security team to ensure the highest levels of safety and security for all guests, staff, and hotel property.
Requirements
Higher Diploma or above in Security Management, Risk Management, Hospitality Management, or a related field.
Minimum of 5 years of solid experience in security operations, with at least 2 years in a supervisory or managerial role within a hotel or large hospitality/service environment.
