Coordinate and communicate event logistic details with guests and concerned departments; monitor the logistic deployment plan after project confirmation.
Exceed guest satisfaction by providing creative ideas and ensuring seamless execution of events with high standards of service delivery.
Engage in negotiations and manage event budgets.
Build and maintain good relationships with guests to secure future event business.
Requirements
Higher Diploma or above in hotel or catering studies or related discipline.
Minimum 6 years of related event planning experience.
Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
Sales-oriented, sociable, and outgoing.
Excellent command of both written and spoken English and Chinese (Mandarin).
