Description
As the Food & Beverage Director, you will lead and inspire the entire Food & Beverage operation at a luxurious 5-star hotel.
Your responsibilities include: Overseeing all food and beverage outlets, including restaurants, bars, banquets, and in-room dining.
Developing and implementing strategic plans to enhance guest satisfaction and drive revenue growth.
Managing and mentoring a team of food and beverage managers, supervisors, and staff, fostering a culture of excellence and teamwork.
Requirements
To be successful in this role, you should possess:
Proven experience as a Food & Beverage Director or in a similar senior leadership role within a luxury hotel environment.
Strong leadership and team management skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate staff.
