Restaurant Manager - Hotels

As the Hotel Restaurant Manager, you will report directly to the Director of Food & Beverage and oversee the daily operations of the hotel's restaurant. Your primary responsibilities include: Managing all front-of-house and back-of-house restaurant operations to ensure seamless service delivery. Leading, training, and motivating a team of service staff to maintain high standards of hospitality.
