Description
As a Supervising Pharmacist, you will oversee the daily operations of the pharmacy, ensuring the safe and efficient dispensing of medications.
Your responsibilities include: Managing the pharmacy team, providing guidance and support to pharmacists and technicians.
Ensuring compliance with all regulatory and professional standards.
Maintaining accurate patient records and medication inventories.
Providing expert pharmaceutical advice to patients and healthcare professionals.
Implementing and monitoring quality assurance procedures.
Requirements
To be successful in this role, you should have:
A degree in Pharmacy and current registration with the Pharmaceutical Society of Ireland (PSI).
Proven experience in a supervisory or management role within a community pharmacy.
Strong leadership and team management skills.
