Quantity Surveyor - West Of Ireland

As a Quantity Surveyor, you will be responsible for managing all commercial aspects of mechanical and electrical projects from inception to completion. Your duties will include: Preparing and managing cost estimates, budgets, and cash flow forecasts. Conducting feasibility studies and advising on cost-effective solutions. Managing procurement processes, including tendering and contract negotiation. Preparing and submitting progress claims and final accounts. Valuing completed work and managing variations and change orders. Ensuring compliance with contractual and legal requirements.
