Description
As a Trade Counter Sales representative, you will be the first point of contact for customers visiting our trade counter, providing exceptional service and expert advice on electrical products.
Your responsibilities include: Greeting customers warmly and identifying their needs to recommend appropriate electrical products and solutions.
Processing sales transactions accurately and efficiently using the point-of-sale system.
Managing and maintaining the trade counter area, ensuring products are displayed attractively and stock levels are adequate.
Requirements
To succeed in this role, you should have:
Previous experience in a sales or customer service role, ideally in a trade counter, retail, or electrical products environment.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with a customer-focused approach.
