Internal Sales - Building Materials

As an Internal Sales Associate, you will be responsible for identifying customer needs and providing appropriate building material solutions. Your key duties will include: Responding to customer inquiries via phone, email, and in-person, offering product recommendations and quotations. Processing sales orders accurately and efficiently, ensuring timely delivery and follow-up. Maintaining and updating customer records, tracking sales activities, and reporting on performance. Collaborating with the external sales team to support account management and grow existing accounts.
