As a Junior Solicitor in our Waterford office, you will join a leading and innovative organisation contributing to sustainable growth.
You will be part of a supportive, international team delivering high-impact projects that shape a better energy future.
Your responsibilities will include: Providing legal support on commercial matters, including drafting and reviewing contracts, agreements, and other legal documents.
Assisting senior solicitors in advising clients on commercial transactions, regulatory compliance, and risk management.
Requirements
Qualifications and requirements:
Law degree (LLB) or equivalent.
Admission as a Solicitor in Ireland or eligibility for admission.
Strong analytical and research skills.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
