As the Activity Centre Supervisor, you will oversee the daily operations of a vibrant and dynamic entertainment venue, ensuring a safe, fun, and memorable experience for families and groups.
Your responsibilities include: Supervising and coordinating the activities of the centre, ensuring all operations run smoothly and efficiently.
Leading and motivating a team of staff, providing guidance and support to maintain high performance and morale.
Ensuring all safety protocols and procedures are strictly followed, conducting regular safety checks and risk assessments.
Requirements
Qualifications and requirements:
Previous experience in a supervisory role, preferably in a leisure, entertainment, or hospitality environment.
Strong leadership and team management skills.
Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
