Description
As an Assistant Branch Manager, you will support the Branch Manager in overseeing daily operations at our Kerry location.
Your responsibilities will include: Assisting in managing branch operations to ensure efficient and effective service delivery to trade and retail customers.
Supporting the sales team in achieving targets and providing excellent customer service.
Coordinating with the branch team to maintain inventory levels and ensure the availability of building materials.
Handling customer inquiries and resolving issues in a timely manner.
Requirements
To be successful in this role, you should have:
Previous experience in a supervisory or management role, preferably in a retail or construction supply environment.
Strong leadership and team management skills.
Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
