Description
As the Operations Manager for Sales & Distribution, you will oversee and optimize the daily operations of our wholesale sales and distribution channels.
Your key responsibilities include: Managing the end-to-end sales operations process, from order processing to delivery, ensuring efficiency and accuracy.
Coordinating with the sales team to forecast demand, plan inventory, and align distribution schedules.
Monitoring and improving distribution logistics, including transportation, warehousing, and last-mile delivery, to reduce costs and enhance service levels.
Requirements
To be successful in this role, you should possess:
Proven experience in operations management, preferably in sales and distribution or a related field.
Strong leadership and team management skills, with the ability to motivate and develop staff.
