Description
The Jr. Commercial Analyst will support the Commercial team in driving business performance across Sephora Brazil (offline and online channels). This role requires strong analytical skills, organization, and cross-functional collaboration to ensure smooth execution of commercial initiatives, reporting, and operational processes.
Key Responsibilities:
Business Performance & Reporting:
Support weekly and monthly sell-in and sell-out analysis, identifying risks and opportunities.
Prepare and maintain performance dashboards and reports for the Commercial team.
Requirements
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Economics, Engineering, or related field.
1-3 years of experience in commercial analysis, business intelligence, or similar roles (retail experience is a plus).
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
