Description
As a Finance Intern at the Irapuato Plant, you will support the finance team in daily operations and strategic projects. Your responsibilities will include:
Assisting in financial planning, budgeting, and forecasting processes.
Preparing and analyzing financial reports, including variance analysis.
Supporting cost accounting and inventory management activities.
Participating in cross-functional teams to drive process improvements.
Conducting data analysis to support decision-making.
Ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures.
Requirements
Currently enrolled bachelor's student in their first degree program in any business or engineering field.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
