Description
As a Private Equity Intern at Nextalia SGR S.p.A., you will join the Investment Team and support the full deal lifecycle from sourcing to exit. Your responsibilities will include:
Conducting market research and industry analysis to identify potential investment opportunities and support investment thesis development.
Performing financial analysis, including building and reviewing financial models, valuations, and return projections.
Assisting in the due diligence process by reviewing company documents, financial statements, and operational data.
Requirements
To be successful in this role, you should possess:
Currently pursuing or recently completed a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Finance, Economics, Business Administration, or a related field.
Strong analytical and quantitative skills, with proficiency in financial modeling and valuation techniques.
