Description
As a Sheet Metal Apprentice, you will be an integral part of our team at the CRSC Project in Downtown Vancouver, working within the HVAC and sheet metal industry. Your primary responsibilities will include:
Assisting journeypersons in the fabrication, assembly, installation, and repair of sheet metal products and equipment, such as ducts, control boxes, drainpipes, and furnace casings.
Reading and interpreting blueprints, sketches, and specifications to determine the layout and dimensions of sheet metal work.
Requirements
To be successful as a Sheet Metal Apprentice, you should possess the following qualifications:
High school diploma or equivalent; additional technical education in sheet metal or HVAC is an asset.
Basic understanding of math and measurement skills.
