Description
As an Investment Banking Intern in the Brazil Investment Banking group, you will be part of a team that provides strong advisory expertise, capitalizing on powerful Mergers and Acquisitions, Debt and Equity underwriting to deliver integrated financial solutions. Your responsibilities will include:
Supporting senior bankers in executing M&A transactions, including financial analysis, valuation, and due diligence.
Assisting in the preparation of client presentations, pitch books, and other marketing materials.
Conducting industry and company research to support deal origination and execution.
Requirements
To be considered for this internship, you must meet the following qualifications:
Currently enrolled as a student in Business, Economics, Accounting, Engineering, or a related course.
Available for morning shift classes (i.e., your academic schedule allows for internship work during the day).
