As an Inside Sales and Customer Service Representative, you will be responsible for managing and growing existing customer accounts while providing exceptional customer service. Your key responsibilities will include: Responding to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat in a timely and professional manner. Processing customer orders, returns, and exchanges accurately and efficiently. Identifying and pursuing sales opportunities with existing customers to meet or exceed sales targets. Collaborating with the sales team to develop and implement strategies for account growth.
