Description
As a Ventes internes et soutien technique, you will be responsible for managing internal sales activities and providing technical support to clients. Your primary duties include:
Responding to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat, offering product information, pricing, and availability.
Preparing and processing sales orders, ensuring accuracy and timely delivery.
Collaborating with the external sales team to identify and pursue new business opportunities.
Providing pre-sales and post-sales technical assistance, including product selection, troubleshooting, and after-sales support.
Requirements
To be successful in this role, you should possess the following qualifications:
A minimum of a college diploma or equivalent in a related field (e.g., business, engineering, or technology).
Previous experience in internal sales, technical support, or a similar customer-facing role is preferred.
