Description
As an Institutional Banking Graduate, you will join Westpac's 2027 Graduate Programme, a permanent position designed to develop future leaders. You will be part of the Institutional, Corporate Structured Finance and Transactional Banking teams, where you will learn from industry experts. Your responsibilities will include:
Supporting the Institutional Banking team in managing client relationships and delivering financial solutions.
Assisting in the analysis and structuring of corporate and institutional transactions.
Contributing to the development of financial models and credit assessments.
Requirements
To be considered for this role, you should have:
A bachelor's degree in finance, economics, business, or a related field.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
A keen interest in institutional banking and financial markets.
