Description
As a CBW Chief Operating Office Graduate, you will be part of the Westpac Graduate Programme starting in February 2027. This permanent position is designed to fast-track your career in business operations within the Consumer Banking and Wealth division. Your responsibilities will include:
Supporting the Chief Operating Office in driving operational excellence and efficiency across CBW functions.
Contributing to strategic projects that enhance business processes, risk management, and customer experience.
Requirements
To be eligible for this graduate programme, you should have:
A recent university degree (completed within the last 2 years) in a relevant field such as business, finance, economics, or related disciplines.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
