Description
As a Payment Graduate, you will work within our Payments team, which sits at the heart of how customers, businesses, and communities move money every day.
Your role will involve supporting reliable, safe, and efficient payment services while learning how banking, operations, technology, risk, and customer experience come together.
You will gain hands-on experience in the end-to-end payment process, including transaction processing, settlement, and reconciliation.
Requirements
To be eligible for the Payment Graduate programme, you should have a strong interest in banking, operations, technology, and customer experience.
A relevant degree in finance, business, economics, or a related field is preferred.
