As a Finance & Accounting Graduate at Westpac, you will play a key role in supporting strong financial decision making and performance across the bank.
You will work alongside experienced finance professionals in areas such as financial control, reporting, analysis, and business partnering.
Your responsibilities will include assisting with financial reporting and analysis, supporting the preparation of financial statements, and contributing to budgeting and forecasting processes.
You will also collaborate with business partners to provide financial insights and support strategic initiatives.
Requirements
To be considered for this role, you should have a strong academic background in finance, accounting, or a related field.
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills are essential, along with proficiency in Microsoft Excel and financial software.
